Many people who are overweight want to lose weight fast. However, it leads to at least 30,000 premature deaths per year in the U.S. and shortens the life of men, on average, nine years. We must take action to reduce them, but clearly what we are doing now is not working.
One way to control obesity is diet, and after the attractiveness of “low fat” and “fat-free foods” are convinced that most people eating fat makes fat.

An important thing to recall that you won’t be able to burn more overweight only by the pursuit of peace. You need to change your unhealthy lifestyle. Change your eating habits by eating more frequent meals and 6 smaller, but the whole day. Always be sure to eat more fruits and vegetables, than concentrated, processed foods, the more overweight, sugar and salt.
